Located at the intersection of Routes 132 et 134 (see location plan) and accessible
by Saint-Charles, the parking and drop-off areas at the Longueuil–Université-de-Sherbrooke metro are easily accessible
by motorists. Neighbouring the expansive intermodal terminal, they provide 2,290 spaces and a quick access to the metro
and to urban and intercity bus services.
From the esplanade, take De La Barre and then Saint-Charles West to reach the parking and drop-off areas.
The drop-off area includes:
- several spaces to drop off or pick up transit users;
- a waiting area reserved for taxis at the terminals exit, allowing riders to easily and quickly get a taxi;
- pedestrian shelters accessible from either side of the drop-off area;
- bicycle racks for cyclists.

Pricing during special events
The rates for parking lots P1, P2, P4 and P5 are, between 5 pm and 14 pm during the Grand Prix du Canada and Série
NASCAR, $30 for a recreational vehicle and $15 for any other type of vehicle.

How do I pay parking fees?
- Express payment:
- Use your credit card at the entrance gate
- Insert your card again at the exit gate
- A receipt will be issued
- At pay stations:
- Take a ticket at the entrance gate
- Pay at one of the pay stations (see map)
- You have 30 minutes to leave the parking lot
- Insert your ticket at the exit gate
- At the exit gate:
- Take a ticket at the entrance gate
- Insert tour ticket at the exit gate
- Insert your credit card
- A receipt will be issued
- To an attendant:
- Take a ticket at the entrance gate
- Pay to an attendant during peak hours, late afternoon and early evening, at the parking booths in P1, P2 and at
the management centre of P2
- Insert your paid ticket at the exit gate
Where are the pay stations located?
Four pay stations are available to parking lot users (see map):
- A station inside the metro station, under the escalator
- A station next to the platform at the entrance of the station’s D wing
- Two stations in the management centre of the P2 parking lot
When there is no parking attendant, where can go in case of emergency or problem?
When there are no parking attendants, you can press the i symbol on any of the pay stations at all times to
get help.
Passes (monthly, semi-annual and yearly)
To obtain a magnetic pass (subject to availability), simply present yourself at the P2 parking trailer between 7 a.m.
and 12 p.m. Monday to Friday. A $20 deposit is required for a magnetic pass, and the deposit is refunded when the pass
is not renewed.
To renew a pass and maintain access priority, simply pay the fee before the last business day of the month
at a pay station or the management centre. Payment can be made in cash (no credit or debit cards). A receipt will be issued
upon request. Monthly passes can also be renewed at pay stations.
Semi-annual passes may be purchased only for the following periods: January to June and July to December.
Yearly passes may be purchased only for the following period: January to December.
Refunds
Parking fees are only refunded in the case of a death, long illness, loss of employment, transfer of employment, or move.
To obtain a refund, sufficient written proof must be submitted to Ville de Longueuil, which will refund the amount obtained
by subtracting from the permit fee the amount of the daily entrance fee multiplied by the number of days elapsed since the
parking permit was issued.
Vandalism
Should you witness an act of vandalism, please contact the police by calling 9-1-1.
Claims
First, contact the Police to file a report. Should your car be damaged by City equipment, please send your claim to Ville
de Longueuil. Check the Claims and Civil Recourse section to find the
procedure to be followed.
