You can use the online change of address form or print and return one of the documents below, either by mail or in person, to the evaluation department or to a service counter in one of the boroughs.

• Click on “Visitor”;
• Click on “Image of the tax notice”.

Search methods:

By address

• Select the name of the former or reconstituted municipality where the property is located;
• Enter the street number (optional);
• Enter the street name (without accents);
• Click on “Filter” (the number of streets will appear on the right of the drop-down list);
• Open the drop-down list in the “Public street” field;
• Select the street;
• Click on “Search”.

By roll number, file number or valuation roll

• Enter the corresponding number;
• Click on “Search”.

 

For notaries, financial institutions and legal representatives who wish to access the assessment roll’s information:

• Click on Guide d’utilisation (notaires, institutions financières et représentants légaux) to access information (in French only);
• Click on Access the assessment roll (notaries, financial institutions and legal representatives).
